How I work
Most of these were built solo or as the only engineer on the product — which means the boring parts are mine too: the data model, the payment rails, the moderation tools, the release. I like owning the whole thing.
I care most about the layer users actually feel. An app can be architecturally clean and still miss if the animation stutters or the empty state says nothing, so that's where I spend my last 20%.
